Join us this summer for our Adult Volleyball League, open to both men and women of all skill levels. Whether you’re signing up with friends or joining on your own, it’s a great way to stay active and compete in a fun, organized setting.

Games begin at 8:30 PM
20-minute games, with each team playing at least 2 games per night 8-week season
All games are played on our indoor astro turf field, so you’ll stay out of the rain and weather all fall long.
Registration Information

Team Registration: $500 per team (maximum of 8 players)
Individual Registration: $85 per player (players will be placed on a team)
Spots are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your place.

Program Details:
The PAL Youth Soccer Skills Program is an 8-week co-ed developmental program for ages 4 to 12 designed to help players build confidence, improve technical skills, and learn the fundamentals of soccer through structured drills, fun activities, and small-sided games led by experienced coaches.

Each one-hour session includes instructional training and small-sided games. The first portion of each session focuses on developing fundamental skills, techniques, and game strategies through age-appropriate drills and activities. Players will then apply those skills through small-sided games in a fun, game-like environment.

League Divisions:
Divisions are based on the child’s age as of 1/1/26. Players may move up a division if desired, but are not permitted to play down.
Practice: Each team will be assigned a 50-minute practice session, exact dates provided soon.
Games: Games will be held on Sundays starting at 9:00 AM, with the youngest divisions playing first. Games will start in November, more details provided soon.
Combine: TBA
Basic Rules of the Game:
7 players vs. 7 players
Teams will practice on a designated section of the field
Games will be played on our turf field, out of the elements
Games will consist of two 22-minute halves, with 5 minutes in between
Each time has 1 time out per half
All athletes must wear a mouthpiece (not provided)
No physical contact at all
