Rental Inquiry

Turf Field: We have an 80 foot by 180 foot AstroTurf field available to rent by the hour. We have a better field, in a better building, in the most accessible location for less than any other facility in the area.  The full turf field is available to rent from $150 to $250 an hour, while the half field ranges from $100 to $150 an hour; please see chart below for more details.

Birthday Party/Meeting Space: Looking for a space to host parties, for birthdays, bridal/baby showers, weddings, family reunions or corporate events? We have catering/meeting space to accommodate your small party or meeting or a space large enough to accommodate your corporate meeting for up to 300 people.  Your party event could include our 14,000 square feet turf field, lobby area and even our E-sports room. Meeting Space: We have space as small as 2000 square feet for small group gatherings and as large as 20,000 square feet for larger groups.  Talk to us about your needs and let us create a package that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations for less.  

 

Inflatable Bouncers: Add one of our bouncers to any event  you have scheduled at our venue for as little as $100 per bouncer.

Go-Kart Rides: Add go-kart rides on our 8 miles of dirt trail though our 35 acre campus to any event you have scheduled at our venue for as little as $250 an hour.

Outdoor Pavilions: We have a choice of 3 outside pavilions each about 600 square feet. Perfect for family reunions, outdoor birthday parties or homebase for a team building outing for as little as $75 an hour.

Media Services: Our student lead media club can bring you professional results for a fraction of the price. Services include commercial advertising production, drone video, game and practice video recording, action shots, video editing, podcast hosting and more. Esports Room: Our 1,400 square foot ESports facility has 4 XBox Series X with 55 inch televisions, 5 old  fashion video game systems with numerous game options and a Simxperience Stage 5 Full Motion racing simulator.  Room options start at $250 an hour.  https://www.simxperience.com/shop/stage-5-full-motion-racing-simulator-18#attr=20,24

Observatory: We have a 14 inch Celestron HD Edge telescope under a fully automated 8 foot rotating ash dome on an 1,800 square foot mezzanine and 400 square foot observation deck that might just be the perfect backdrop for your special event.  Ask us about pricing.

STEM Activities: As a STEM based organization we have numerous STEM projects that might interest your group.  Projects could include model rocketing, Tamiya Mini, Legos or a choice of many other projects. We can accommodate up to 14 participants and can plan a schedule to meet your needs.  Projects start at $150 per person. Ask us about project options and pricing.

 

Tables and Chairs: We have numerous table and chair options for groups as large as 250.
