Girls' Lacrosse Core Skills Program
Ages 12 to 15, girls
Join our Girls' Lacrosse Core Skills Program to elevate your game this spring! Designed for girls aged 12-15, this four-week program focuses on enhancing fundamental lacrosse skills in a supportive, small-group setting.
Program Details:

Dates: Wednesdays – April 9, 16, 23, 30

Time: 8:00PM to 9:00PM

Location: EHTPAL Crossplex, 2542 Ridge Ave EHT

Instructor: Jordan Santana, a EHT local who has been playing lacrosse for 15 years and coaching for 5 years. She has international and collegiate playing experience and has coached at the club, high school, and college level.
What to Expect:
Each 60-minute session is crafted to develop and refine essential lacrosse skills, including:

Ball control and cradling

Ground ball techniques

Passing and catching

Shooting accuracy

Defensive positioning
Participants will receive personalized instruction aimed at boosting confidence and on-field performance.

3rd Annual Boys High School Lacrosse League
Winter 2025
Grades: 9th to 12th
Saturday Nights
Dates: January 4, 11, 18, 25; February 1, 8, 15, 22
Projected Game Times: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm
Teams can have up to 14 players per team.
Only accepting team registrations
Please have the volunteer coach register the team; they will be identified in the system as "team captain" and will need to make sure every athlete has completed the registration form to participate. *Only athletes who have registered are permitted to participate.

Game Details:

6 v 6; 5 runners and 1 goalie
-
2 players must remain on defense at all times and 2 players must remain on offensive.

Body checking or pushing into the walls is not permitted.
-
We will use swag balls during games.

Athletes required to provide all necessary equipment:
-
BOYS: stick, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, chest pad, cup and sneakers/turf shoes/cleats (with not metal on the bottom).

GOAL EQUIPMENT: throat guard, shin guards, helmet (girls) and equipment mentioned above.

Games consist of two 22-minute halves, running clock. Half time will be 5 minutes long. No timeouts.

Each team must have a coach in the dugout during the duration of the game.

Spectators, coaches and athletes (playing or on the bench) must be aware of their surroundings and misdirected balls.

All players, coaches, referees and spectator are required to waiver.
-
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. If players, coaches, or spectators do not demonstrate respect, the game may be paused, and individuals may be asked to leave the facility.
Additional rules and regulations will be adjusted as necessary and communicated with coaches and players.
