Season Dates: April 12th to May 31st

League Divisions: 

• Co-ed, ages 5 to 7 years old

• Co-ed, ages 8-10 years old

• Co-ed, ages 11-13 years old

• Co-ed, ages, 14-15 years old

Practice:

Practices for our flag football program are scheduled by division. The 5–7 and 8–10 divisions will practice on Tuesdays, the 11–13 division will practice on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and the 14–15 division will practice on Thursdays. Exact practice times will be provided after the combine.

Games:

Games will be held on Sundays starting at 8:00 AM, with the youngest divisions playing first. This season’s game dates are April 12, 19, 26, and May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31.

If you would like to request that your child play with a friend or a coach, you can enter a buddy request during registration. Please note that these requests are not guaranteed.

​ Basic Rules of the Game: 

• 7 players vs. 7 players

• Teams will practice on a designated section of the field

• Games will be played on our turf field, out of the elements

• Games will consist of two 22-minute halves, with 5 minutes in between

• Each time has 1 time out per half

• All athletes must wear a mouthpiece (not provided)

• No physical contact at all
