Birthday Party Rentals, Corporate Outings and Youth Events

Room Rentals:Need a room for a birthday party, business meeting or other event? We have several spaces that can hold up to 60 people each. Costs are reasonable starting at $20 for boardroom space and $250 for larger party space.
Executive Meeting Space: Up to 12 people, $30 an hour, two hour minimum.
Larger Meetings: Up to 60 people, $50 an hour, two hour minimum
Party Space: 60 people max, $250 for up to 4 hours of room use (Take into consideration the time you will need for setup and clean up.)
Picnic Areas: We have three pavilion areas that can accommodate up to 64 people each for as little as $50 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Paintball (Ages 6-60): Course available for birthday celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette parties, teaming building exercises or friends getting together for some good old fashion outdoor fun! We can host you and up to 60 of your friends or co-workers. Includes all needed basic equipment, 500 paintballs per person, referee, 2-1/2 hours of play and use of outdoor pavillion for 30 minutes before or after game play. There is a 10 person minimum for a private party. The cost is $50 per person. A $500 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve the date.
Go-Karts: Want to get down and dirty (or dusty)? We offer go-kart rentals for ages 6-60. Learn to drive these dirt buggies on our beginner trails and advance to the 8 miles of the Ready to Ride Trail System as your skills improve. Sorry, you can’t take these home, they are rented for use on our property and under the supervision of our trained go-kart guide. Rent go-karts with a trained guide for $100 an hour. There is a $500 minimum.
Laser Tag: Ages 4-60, birthday celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette parties, teaming building exercises or just to get some friends together for some good old fashioned outdoor fun. We can host you and up to 80 of your friends or co-workers. Includes all needed basic equipment up to 2 hours of play and use of outdoor pavillion space for 30 minutes before or after game play. There is a 10 person minimum for a private party. The cost is $30 per person. A $300 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve the date.
Movies: Want to host an indoor or outdoor movie? We have a 12 foot inflatable screen, HD projector and camp fire sites. Contact us for a quote for your event today.
A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals that will be returned when the room is left clean and undamaged. This is non-refundable in the event that you cancel your reservation less than one month in advance. NO smoking is permitted in any of our buildings. Alcohol may not be brought into the building or on the premises. Any damages will be charged to the person renting the room.
